About Us

The gift shop is open 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday and noon to 4pm on Saturday. At this time, the shop is closed on Sunday. You may purchase items online to be delivered to a patient’s room during store hours. If an item is ordered outside of normal store hours, it will be delivered the next business day. 

Delivery

To help ensure same-day delivery, please place your order at least two hours prior to closing time. Otherwise, all orders will be processed during regular gift shop hours the next day.

• Our hospitals rely on volunteers to staff the gift shop and deliver items to patients. 
• We will contact you if we have a problem delivering your order.
• Gifts may be delivered to patients only during their stay at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital or Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.  Shipping is not available. 
• Due to product availability, items delivered may not match the pictured item exactly. 
• All proceeds support programs and services for MultiCare patients and their families.
